Job Description:
Position: Store Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2 - 3 Years
Industry: Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Handling of the entire store department, including mechanical & electrical
- Receive and verify the received material against the bill and challan.
- Generating GRN and following the material-wise routing process
- Ensure proper labelling and tagging of the received material.
- Handle returnable and non-returnable challans and ensure data is up to date. Issuing material to the department, requirement-wise, as per the material requisition slip
- Managing complete Inward and Store data in Excel
- Coordinate the transport of material. Coordinating with the purchase department regarding the ordering of new stock on time
- Identifying and optimizing process bottlenecks.
- Sending “out of stock” & “low stock” items report daily to concerned departments
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Quick & accurate data entry
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
