Position:           Sr. Officer - QA

Location:          Bhimpore - Daman

Experience:       6 - 8 Years

Industries:        Medical Device

Responsibilities:

• IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Monitoring
• Supervise and monitor all IPQA activities in manufacturing areas.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines during production processes.
• Line clearance verification before batch start-up.
• In-process checks and verification of critical process parameters.
• Review of BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packaging Record).
• Investigation of deviations, OOS, OOT, and non-conformances.
• Risk Assessment & Analysis
• Perform risk analysis using tools such as FMEA, HACCP, and risk-based approaches.
• Identify potential quality risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Participate in change control evaluation and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines and global regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• Very good English written and verbal communication; preferably from medical device or Pharma Industry.
• Good English Communication Skills.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
