Job Description:
Position: Production Manager
Location: Silvassa
Experience: 7 - 12 Years
Industries: Steel
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations of high tensile galvanized steel wires and PC wires.
- Ensure production targets are achieved in line with quality, cost, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor raw material utilization, yield efficiency, and wastage control.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards applicable to steel manufacturing.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Purchase, and Warehouse departments for smooth workflow.
- Optimize manpower planning and ensure efficient deployment of workforce.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Monitor machine performance, preventive maintenance schedules, and minimize breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure safe working practices and promote a zero-accident work culture.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of steel manufacturing processes.
- Production planning & scheduling expertise.
- Leadership and team handling skills.
Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
Salary :- Upto 18.00 LPA
