Job Description:

Position:           Store Executive

Location:          Vapi

Experience:      4 - 5 Years

Industries:       Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials, tools, and components; inspect for quantity and quality as per purchase orders.
• Properly label, store, and organize items in the designated storage areas.
• Issue materials to production or maintenance teams based on requisitions and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels; assist in stocktaking, cycle counting, and inventory audits.
• Record all material movements in the ERP system or manual registers as required.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely replenishment of items.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area in compliance with safety and 5S standards.
• Handle and store materials safely, including hazardous items or heavy equipment parts.
• Assist in the disposal or return of non-conforming or damaged items as per company policy.
• Support the Store In-Charge in daily operations and documentation tasks.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with engineering tools, spare parts, consumables, and materials.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of MS Excel, inventory software, or ERP systems 
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Physically fit and capable of handling lifting and moving of materials.
• Knowledge of safety and housekeeping standards in an industrial store environment.

Required Qualification: - B.Com/M.Com

Salary :- Upto 4.00LPA
