Job Description:

Position:    Sr. Engineer - Maintenance (Moulding)

Location:       Vapi

Experience:   2 - 3 Years

Industries:   Automobile

Responsibilities:

• Injection Moulding Proress set and process knowledge
• Machine handling  Minimum 50T to  300 T -Fanuc,Ferromatic ,JSW
• Raw Material
• Maintaining and improve OEE as per target set by management in the respective shift
• Reducing rejection level below from the limit set by management in the respective shift
• Hand over  for Mold and machine preventive maintenance
• Mould changeover , show  improvement in changeover time
• Maintain all relevant documentation related to customer audit and  IATF 16949 QMS
• Make and follow standard work procedure and PPS  defined for each product and action plan for deviation.
• Tool trial and mentain record of different levels of trial.
• Effective utilisation of man,machine and material.
• Produce ok quality of molded part.
• Maintain record of mold,machine,material,man abnormality and pass information to superior.
• Maintain  production data of molding shop .
• Material reconsilation, should be answerable if any variation in raw material
• Continual improvement with respect to the parameter P,Q,C,D,S,M,E
