Position:       Production Manager

Location:       Vapi

Experience:   10 - 15 Years

Industries:    Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Production execution.
• Ensure implement of safety procedure. 
• Assessing project and resource requirements.
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• Determining quality control standards..
• Overseeing production processes.
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
• Organizing the repair,replacement  and routine maintenance of production equipments
• Supervise and motivate a team of all sub-ordinates.
• Review performance of junior staff.
• Identify training needs.
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
• Ensuring that health and safety regulation are met.
• Ensure that the production is cost effective.
• Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Ensure safety of Workmen and Accident free work environment

Required Skills:

• Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Plastic

Salary :-  Upto 12.00 LPA
