Position:         Asst. Manager - Fabrication

Location:        Shirwal

Experience:    10 - 12 years

Industries:     Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Planning & day-to-day management of fabrication shop operations
• Ensure production plans are executed as per schedule and priority.
• Monitor manpower deployment and machine utilization for optimum productivity.
• Coordinate with planning, stores, and quality departments to avoid production delays.
• Ensure fabrication work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Support implementation of welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and inspection plans.
• Address rework and non-conformities; implement corrective actions.
• Enforce safety rules, PPE usage, and safe work practices on the shop floor.
• Support implementation of 5S, TPM, and statutory compliance.
• Conduct toolbox talks and assist in safety audits.

• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Building relationships, active listening, and openness to ideas. 
• Knowledge of ERP / production planning tools

Required Qualification: - Diploma/ B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Up to 8.00 LPA
