Position:        HR Officer

Location:        Vapi

Experience:    2 - 3 Years

Industries:     Chemical  

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor updates in employment legislation and recommend necessary policy changes.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and mandatory compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with legal advisors and government authorities when required.
• Draft, review, and update HR policies and employee handbook in line with legal standards.
• Communicate compliance-related updates to employees and management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, contracts, and HR records.
• Ensure proper documentation during onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee background verification and employment eligibility compliance.
• Conduct internal HR compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Prepare compliance reports for management and external authorities.
• Support external audits and labor inspections.
• Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and internal investigations.
• Ensure employee relations processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
• Ethical judgment and integrity.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 3.60 LPA
