Job Description:
Position: Planning Executive
Location: Bhilad
Experience: 5 - 6 Years
Industries: Cosmetic
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Raw Material (RM) & Packaging Material (PM) requirements based on production plan and sales forecast
- Run MRP and ensure timely material availability to avoid production stoppages
- Coordinate with procurement team for purchase orders and supplier follow-ups
- Monitor supplier lead times and ensure on-time deliveries
- Maintain optimum inventory levels as per company norms
- Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory and suggest corrective actions
- Ensure zero stock-outs for critical materials
- Work closely with Production, QA, Stores, and Procurement teams
- Support new product launches by ensuring RM & PM readiness
- Maintain MIS reports on inventory, shortages, consumption trends, and aging stock
- Conduct material reconciliation and support stock audits
- Monitor packaging materials such as bottles, tubes, caps, labels, cartons, etc.
- Analyze consumption trends and suggest cost optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and documentation processes
Required Skills
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication.
Required Qualification:- B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
