Position:        Planning Executive

Location:        Bhilad

Experience:    5 - 6 Years

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute RM/PM material plans based on production forecasts, BOM (Bill of Materials), and inventory targets.
• Run MRP in SAP (MM Module) / ERP system to determine material requirements.
• Create purchase requisitions (PR) and issue purchase orders (PO) as per planning requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and reduce slow-moving/obsolete stock.
• Maintain optimal safety stock and reorder levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and manage lead times effectively.
• Resolve supply-related issues and ensure continuity of material flow.
• Track material consumption and align procurement with production schedules.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and material tracking in SAP/ERP.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on inventory, consumption, and planning variances (Actual vs. Planned).
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) for incoming material inspection and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and warehouse storage standards.
• Support cost optimization initiatives through effective planning and vendor negotiations.

 Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM Module) and MRP processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with inventory modeling capability.
• Excellent vendor coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.

Required Qualification:- B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
