Job Description:

Position:      Instrumentation Engineer 

Location:      Umbergaon

Experience:   2 - 3 Years

Industries:    FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all Instruments.
• Ensure that equipment’s are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities.
• Shall have experience on Sensors, Transmitters, PLC, HMI, Etc.
• Shall be able to ready drawings P&ID, Panel drawings, etc.
• Installation of fresh Instruments and fittings.
• Keep record of all stock, supplies and existing equipment’s.
• Perform Calibration services for Instruments NABL and Traceability to NABL.
• Ensure that all electrical gadgets and instruments are used as per the requirement on daily basis.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
• Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented.
• Take steps to prevent fire outbreaks by making appropriate recommendations to management.
• Purchase electrical fittings and components or supervise the staff charged with the responsibility.
• Support the company in increasing profitability by managing resources efficiently and making necessary recommendations.

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
• PLC, HMI & SCADA knowledge.
• Panel wiring, Flow, Temperature, Pressure, Level Transmitters, etc.
• Panel Indicators, Controllers, Recorders, etc.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of motors.
• Knowledge of HVAC & BMS.

Required Qualification:- B.E/B.Tech - Instrumentation

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
