Job Description:

Position:      Maintenance Manager

Location:       Sanjan nearby Vapi

Experience:    10 - 15 Years

Responsibilities:

• Plan annual shutdown schedule and activities and disseminate to all concerned
• Design preventive maintenance plan to avoid any untimely breakdown of critical equipment and plant machinery including solar panels, plumbing and civil repairs
• List critical equipment in the plant and ensure availability with Stores at all times
• Monitor daily energy consumption and reduce usage while enhancing solar energy utilization
• Approve permits for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work with Safety team
• Manage and maintain electrical power distribution, DG sets, air compressors, AHU & HVAC systems, conveyors, packaging machines, blenders, solar panels, WTP and STP
• Coordinate calibration, inspections, installation, testing and compliance activities
• Resolve repeat failures through permanent solutions and cost-saving measures
• Monitor new machinery installation, commissioning and customization
• Prepare Machine History Cards and Maintenance Cards
• Prepare equipment purchase specifications and analyze power system issues
• Attend major breakdowns and prepare Annual Maintenance Plan aligned with business goals
• Plan power consumption, contingency strategies and conduct root cause analysis with CAPA
• Establish process control, breakdown analysis and utility consumption studies
• Assist in AOP, budgeting, MIS reporting, audits and statutory compliance
• Ensure safety adherence, liaison with authorities and maintain all maintenance records
• Lead, train and develop team, ensure performance tracking and succession planning

Required Skills:

• Awareness of the complete Production Process PLC and SCADA equipment knowledge Technical Testing & Equipment Calibration Knowledge Food Quality consciousness
• Knowledge of maintaining Large capacity blenders(AZO-Bhargav); multi head VFF packaging machines (Pakona, Starpack, Akash & Rui machines); Air Compressors (Lubricated & oil free), AHU and HVAC; ASRS, High speed doors/Conveyors/roller belts and suction lifts; Solar Panels; WTP and BMS (Building Maintenance System).
• Plant maintenance, AMP, shutdown planning, PLC/SCADA, HVAC, compressors, RCA, CAPA, budgeting, compliance
• Risk Assessment, Management & Control

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical

Salary :-  Upto 15.00 LPA
