Job Description:
Position: Production Engineer (ISBM)
Location: Umbergaon
Experience: 5 - 6 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:
- Control on over Production activity as per plan & Online Inspection.
- Guidance to operators for Producing of good Quality & Quantity.
- Requisition of various materials required for production & monitoring inventories.
- Timely feedback to Maintenance Engineer if any Machine breakdown.
- Monitoring of Process Parameters.
- Implementation of corrective preventive actions.
- Ensuring availability of Production Documents at the point of use.
- Maintain 5 S within the Dept.
- Providing Training to Operators
- To ensure proper collection, handling and disposal of different types of waste.
- To promote awareness of Occupational Health Management System – Policy and objective.
- To promote awareness of environment aspect impact, Types of waste, There segregation and disposal within the department and within the organization.

Required Qualification: -Diploma/BE/B.Tech - Mechanical/Plastics
