Job Description:

Position:        CNC Operator

Location:       Sarigam nearby Vapi

Experience:    2 - 3 years

Responsibilities:        

• Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines as per job requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications accurately.
• Select tools, fixtures, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.
• Adjust machine parameters and offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Perform trial runs, validate programs, and optimize machining cycles.
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining issues.
• Maintain documentation, follow SOPs, and ensure workplace safety.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes.               

Required Skills:

• CNC machine operation, setting and programming, skilled to use all measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micro meter, height gauge etc.
• Able to read mechanical drawings.
• Problem - solving
• Ability to work autonomously
• Communication Skills

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
