Job Description:

Position:         GM - QA/QC

Location:       Manesar - Gurugram

Experience:    15  - 20 Years

Industries:     Packagnig

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with industry standards.
  • Define quality objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Build and promote a strong quality culture across the organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop QA & QC teams.
  • Operational Responsibilities
  • Oversee all QA & QC activities including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product inspection.
  • Ensure proper documentation, maintenance of quality records, and compliance with QMS manual.
  • Monitor and ensure process control checkpoints are implemented and followed.
  • Ensure effective coordination between Production, Marketing, Purchase, and other departments.
  • Supervise lab operations, testing procedures, and equipment calibration & maintenance.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety in QA & QC areas.
  • Customer & Compliance Management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent product quality and service standards.
  • Handle major customer complaints and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze quality performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Systems & Improvement
  • Work with Information Systems to develop and implement quality control tools and digital monitoring systems.
  • Analyze trends, quality incidents, and safety incidents to prevent recurrence.
  • Drive cost reduction through quality improvements and waste control.
  • Key Challenges
  • Strengthening and standardizing QA & QC systems.
  • Maintaining zero-defect culture and minimizing customer complaints.
  • Balancing production targets with quality standards.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • High integrity and professional ethics.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/ B.E/B.Tech - Plastics

Salary :- Upto 30.00 LPA
