Job Description:
Position: CNC Operator
Location: Daman
Experience: 2 - 3 years
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines as per job requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications accurately.
- Select tools, fixtures, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.
- Adjust machine parameters and offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Perform trial runs, validate programs, and optimize machining cycles.
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machining issues.
- Maintain documentation, follow SOPs, and ensure workplace safety.
- Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes.
Required Skills:
- CNC machine operation, setting and programming, skilled to use all measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micro meter, height gauge etc.
- Able to read mechanical drawings.
- Problem - solving
- Ability to work autonomously
- Communication Skills
Required Qualification: - ITI/Diploma - Mechanical
Salary: - Upto 4.00 LPA
