 Position:      Production Chemist

Location:       Vapi

Experience:   1 - 2 Years

Responsibilities: 

• Handle shift-wise production activities in the plant with hands-on operation of reactors (charging, monitoring, sampling, and completion of batches).
• Execute and monitor batch manufacturing processes in reactors as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records (BMR).
• Perform troubleshooting during shift operations, including process deviations, equipment issues, and quality-related problems to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and GMP practices during all plant and reactor operations.
• Maintain and update batch production records, log books, and registers accurately for compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and engineering teams for smooth reactor operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Execute daily planned and scheduled production activities to meet production targets and timelines.
• Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, agitation, and reaction time to ensure consistent product quality.
• Support cleaning, changeover, and validation activities related to reactors and associated equipment.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Chemical
