Position:      Process Officer

Location:      Ahmedabad

Experience:   0 - 1 Years

 Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strictly follow product recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during manufacturing processes.
• Plan and supervise manpower during shifts to ensure smooth production operations.
• Ensure production areas and equipment are clean, sanitized, and disinfected as per quality and safety standards.
• Fill and review daily log sheets and daily verification records accurately.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for seamless manufacturing activities.
• Ensure all in-process test results are properly recorded and attached with respective log sheets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and implement 5S practices in the workplace.
• Ensure all operators and helpers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Monitor process parameters and report any deviations to the senior team promptly.

Requirements : 

• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

 Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Chemical

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
