Job Description:

Position:          Dispatch Executive

Location:         Vapi

Experience:      3 - 4 Years

Industries:       Steel

 Responsibilities:

• Supervise loading & unloading and dispatch operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily paperwork and documentation
• Maintain Daily In-Out Material Movement Report.
• Prepare and update Daily MIS Reports.
• Make Sales and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries in Tally.
• Coordinate with production team, sales team, and customers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement.
• Ensure proper stock handling and material control
• Prepare reports using Tally and Microsoft Excel

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP systems (preferred)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 3.00 LPA
