Position:         Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules, cash flows, and resource plans.
• Oversee engineering design, procurement, construction, erection, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Team & Stakeholder Management
• Lead cross-functional project teams including engineering, site, QA/QC, EHS, and procurement.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and present progress updates to management.
• Contract & Vendor Management
• Manage EPC contracts, subcontractors, and vendor agreements.
• Review BOQs, technical specifications, drawings, and contractual obligations.
• Handle claims, variations, negotiations, and change management.
• Cost, Schedule & Risk Control
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts; ensure cost optimization.
• Track milestones, identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely approvals, billing, certifications, and project cash flow.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, EHS norms, statutory regulations, and industry codes.
• Implement QA/QC plans, inspection & test plans, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Ensure adherence to ISO / IMS / client-specific standards where applicable.
• Documentation & Project Closure
• Ensure proper documentation including drawings, as-built documents, manuals, and reports.
• Manage smooth project handover to operations/maintenance teams.
• Capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
