Position:           Jr. Engineer - Process

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility of compliance of job under HOD guidelines & self initiatives
• Responsibility for execution of all the activities related to New /Transfer product standardization & Optimization through HOD
• Responsibility for execution of all the activities related to Process standardization & Optimization of regular products through HOD.
• He is responsible for evaluation Process cost of new formulation (including transfer & revised FBB) & process.
• Responsible to monitor/tracking of Production efficiency against standard on daily basis (QRI, Value yield, Cycle time, Wastages, Conversion losses, Process capability & Process cost)
• He is responsible for compilation & analysis of Production efficiency data & submit weekly report to HOD in designed format.
• Responsible to execute scale up & process cycle time reduction plan for Paint & Resin recipe released by technical through pilot batches.
• Responsible to ensure QRI (Min 8),maintain scale up report in designed format.
• He is responsible for timely communication/coordination of Recipe release & problems during scale up with Tech.
• Self Responsibility for correction of process instruction deviation, process parameter change in batch slip & formulation deviation through technical.
• Responsible to assist production for trouble shooting by performing experimental work under guide line.
• Responsible to perform experimental work while customer complaint , Countermeasure effectiveness check.
• Responsible to develop process standard & modification of system under guide line of HOD.
• He is responsible for trial of new equipment, performance evaluation & modification.
• Responsible to prepare reports, with in time period.
• He is responsible to collect & analysis of data for continuous/system improvement projects through HOD.
• He is responsible for timely compliance of experimental work to support focused improvement projects under HOD's.
• Responsible for study of operational issues with production & solution under HOD guideline.
• Responsible to contribute in QMS/EHS/TPM & other initiatives identified by management time to time.
• Responsible for timely compilation of data for Project.
• Responsible for daily reporting of work progress in section morning meeting
• He is responsible to prepare KRA Status against given target on monthly basis for review

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of paint manufacturing
• Knowledge of various paint manufacturing equipments
• Good Communication Skills and able to write email.
• Computer/SAP Knowledge
• Safety requirement at production floor

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech – Chemical

Salary :-  Upto 6.50 LPA
