Position:      SCM Executive

Location:       Silvassa

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Planning as per OA’s and available FG Stock, Push planner if OA schedule dates are approaching.

•  

  Transportation Activities like Transportation Arrangements, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle Arrangement, Delivery Instructions, and Packing Slips.
• Loading / Un Loading of Goods, Invoicing, L/R  Management, Triplicate Invoice filling with LR, Arrange COA from QC dept.
• E-Way Bills, Invoicing, L/R Management & Sales Execution in ERP.
• Inventory Classification, Stock Accuracy, FIFO Management, FG Stock Valuation and Reporting.
• On Time, In Full, Damage free Delivery of Finished goods as per norms to allocated distribution point.
• Ensure No Complaints on Product Mix-ups during loading & Transit damages.
• Delivery update  notifications to customers and/or key accounts managers
• Slow- and Non-Moving Liquidation and prevention assistance (SLOB).  
• Manage Inventory Levels, Subcontracting (OSP) Movements, FG Stores Management as per SOP.
• Document Generation and Retentions like GRN, Sales Invoice, Challans, E-Way Bills, Material Movement Records, Freight Bills, LR as per decided policies by Finance Dept.
• Delegation of Authority (Making Decision only within Allowed Limits), Management Information Systems (MIS), Deviation Reporting and escalations to GM procurement and Supply Chain in Corporate Office.
• FGS stock Verification and 100% match with ERP v/s physical stock for all storage locations.
• Conduct physical FGS stock count with help of Plant Manager.
• Escalate Excess Production against OA and follow-up with Plant Manager for Obtaining OA’s for excess production from Sales Team before acknowledgment of Such FG in FG Warehouse.
• ERP, Tally, Power Point, Advance Excel etc., Must have experience in Dispatch and Stores.

 Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations. 
• Proficient in SAP transactions related to dispatch and inventory
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
