Job Description:

 Position:          Store Officer (Engineering)

Location:          Vapi

Experience:       2-4 Years

Industries:        Pharma API

Responsibilities:

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of engineering materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, and safe storage of materials
• Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions to avoid shortages
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance departments for material requirements
• Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits
• Inspect incoming materials for quantity, quality, and compliance with specifications
• Maintain documentation such as GRNs, issue notes, stock registers, and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational procedures
• Control obsolete, damaged, or surplus materials and maintain disposal records
• Support cost control by minimizing wastage and optimizing inventory levels

Required Skills:

• Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :-  Upto 4.00 LPA
