Position:           Executive - Utility & Maintenance

Location:          Vapi

Experience:       4 - 6 Years

Industries:        Pharma API

Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of routine maintenance activities.
• Check utility daily Log sheet.
• Co- ordination with all departments pertaining to maintenance activity.
• Carry out all the maintenance activities as per given plan and record it.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of all the equipment and record it.
• Ensure calibration of instruments as per the plan and check test calibration certificate.
• Indent of spare, accessories.
• AMC for the different equipment from outside with proper documentation and record it.
• Provide specific job trainings operation and preventive maintenance to the concerned personnel within the factory.
• Maintain cGMP in the department and its related documentation.
• Ensure All type of work with proper safety.
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the department.
• To Prepare documents for Equipment’s Qualification.
• Preparation of SOPs.
• Initiate Change control, Deviation, Incident, CAPA.
• Handling of Self-inspection and audit compliance.
• Organize the training of U&M dept. as per Training Calendar and record of training documents maintain.
• Ensure proper building maintenance.
• Good engineering practices to be implement.
• Handling of Softwares -  Nichelon.5 CMS, DMS And QAMS

Required Skills:

• Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech – Mechanical

Salary :-  Upto 5.00 LPA
