Job Description:

Position:        Tool Room Executive

Location:        Silvassa

Experience:    1 - 2 Years

Industries:     Engineering

Responsibilities:        

• Preparation of process sequence & releasing work orders to team members & ensure timely completion of them in tool room.
• Manpower handling of tool room. Taking care of all tool room activities like work order completion in time, salvaging through tool & inventory.
• Assist & Guide Sub-ordinate staff for their activity.
• Understand fit from function, aesthetical requirements.
• Guide in preventive & breakdown mould maintenance.
• Monitoring tool rectification activities.
• New mould trials, trouble shouting & corrective action.
• Monitoring offloading toolroom job work.
• Responsible for all IATF documentation.
• Attending trials at tool maker place& take necessary corrective action for achieving aesthetical & dimensional requirement of the product
• Ensure safe work condition, safe work practices, & safety culture.
• Rejection control & resolve daily production problem.
• Responsible for TS activities for tool development
• New mold trials, trouble shouting & corrective action.
• Conduct KAIZENS & Improvement works for molds to accelerate production.
• Mold preventive maintenance plan & improvement activity.
• Lead 5S team in shop floor.

Required Skills:

• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - Diploma - B.E/B.Tech Mechanical 

Salary: - Upto 3.00 LPA
