Position:         QA Officer

Location:         Vapi

Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support quality control activities on the production floor.
• Perform basic testing and measurement of products using standard tools and instruments.
• Record inspection results and maintain proper quality documentation.
• Identify defects or deviations and report them to senior team members.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area as per 5S standards.
• Support implementation of quality tools such as check sheets, Pareto analysis, and cause-effect diagrams.
• Participate in internal audits and quality checks.
• Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Assist in maintaining calibration records of measuring instruments (if applicable).
• Learn and apply basic knowledge of quality systems and processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of daily quality activities

 Required Skills

• Logical thinking.
• Good in communication.
• Organizing 

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - chemistry

Salary :- Upto 2.14 LPA
