Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets for quality, cost, and delivery.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP/ISO standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize manpower, machines, and materials to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
- Monitor production KPIs, analyze variances, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, PPC, Stores, and EHS for smooth production operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate production team; ensure discipline and skill development.
- Oversee equipment performance, preventive maintenance schedules, and breakdown resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation, production records, and compliance reports are maintained.
