Job Description:

Position:          Shift Incharge - Production

Location:         Sarigam near by Vapi

Experience:     3 - 5 Years

Industries:      Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill the monthly and weekly productions planning according to the given schedule with the coordination of Production head.
• Ensuring quality products are produced with Zero defects.
• Check all Documentation work handled as per SOP.
• Monitoring and controlling the yield losses during production process.
• All process handling as per SOP and GMP.
• Ensure all types of equipment are in working condition & Handling of same as per SOP.
• Maintain Instrument Break down & Down time record keeping and provide to QA & Maintenance team.
• Make sure all production activity running smooth & without Interruption.
• Handling Manpower & Provide Training to Downline staff as when required.
• Ensure all Downline staff wearing safety items and follow all safety parameters as per EHS norms.
• Facilitate subordinate for working condition, identify & highlight scope of improvement for working condition and take corrective actions for the same.
• Create, establish and maintain an environment that encourages teamwork, empowerment and commitment at the plant.
• Ensure parking and storage of finished material as per product standard.
• Ensure good cleaning and good hygiene condition at production & surrounding area.
• Inform to HOD immediately for if any mistake, deviation in production process.
• Provide direction and leadership for all site operations including: Manufacturing, Quality.
• Operations, Materials Management, Technical Services, Engineering and EHS.
• Implementation of QA QC Audit recommendations w.r.t. facility upgradation and operations.

Requirements : 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability.
• Negotiating skills.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power point .

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
