Job Description:

Position:          Sr. Supervisor - Production (CNC)

Location:          Rajkot

Experience:      5 - 7 years

Industries:        Engineering

Responsibilities:        

• Manpower Management, Take care of Shift wise operations.     
• Resource deployment in the shift as per production plan.
• Improvement of production efficiency
• Rejection analysis and propose action for reduction.
• Ensure the quality of production in the shift as per Customer specification.
• Follow the quality systems as per IATF 16949:2016.
• Follow EHS System as per ISO 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 certifications.
• Identify Continuous improvement measure. “Kaizen”.
• Co-ordinate with Maintenance team for breakdown maintenance.
• Administration and general housekeeping 5’S on work area.
• 4M change management and abnormality handling.
• Ensuring proper handling of measuring instruments and tooling.
• Spread the Awareness of company policies to all Workers.
• Follow procedure for traceability during production.
• Ensure proper filling of production related documents.
• Ensure proper On Job Training of Manpower.
• Investigate production problem, analysis root causes and solutions.
• Ensure proper working of poke-yoke.
• Participate in internal audit.
• Achieve production target as per plan.         

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CNC machine and machining process, CNC machine operation, setting and programming, skilled to use all measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micro meter, height gauge etc.
• Able to read mechanical drawings.
• Problem - solving
• Ability to work autonomously
• Communication Skills

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 7.20 LPA
