Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Umbergaon
Experience: 2 - 3 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plastic moulding and marking production operations.
- Manage machine setup, mould changeovers, and process parameters.
- Monitor cycle time, quality issues, and reduce rejections.
- Allocate manpower and train operators.
- Coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production reports and shift documentation.
- Ensure material availability, 5S, safety, and quality standards.
