Job Description:

Position:          QC Executive

Location:          Daman

Experience:      5 - 7  Years

Industries:       Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Incoming Material Inspection

• Inspect and test incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and components as per approved specifications and sampling plans.
• Communicate non-conformances to the supplier and QA & Purchase department.
• In-Process Quality Control
• Perform in-process checks during production (e.g., dimensional checks, visual inspection, functional tests).
• Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Finished Product Testing
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain inspection records, test reports, and control charts.
• Ensure traceability of all QC data.
• Drafting of Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Participate in internal audits and CAPA implementation.
• Report deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and non-conformities promptly.
• Validation and verification activities.
• To perform/ handle Calibration/Verification activities

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP).
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Pressure gauge, UTM, etc.).
• Basic understanding of sampling plans and statistical tools.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Required Qualification: - B.pharm/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
