Position:        Hardware Engineer Trainee

Location:        Dabhel - Daman

Responsibilities:       

• Assist in the regular maintenance and servicing of computer hardware, peripherals, and related IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and operating systems, to support end-users efficiently.
• Perform routine system checks and updates to prevent hardware failures and ensure system reliability.
• Support basic networking tasks, including LAN/WAN setup, IP configuration, and monitoring network connectivity.
• Assist in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining firewall systems to ensure network security and protect against unauthorized access.
• Provide support in setting up and managing Microsoft Server environments, including user account management, Active Directory, and file sharing configurations.
• Maintain documentation of hardware inventory, network configuration, and support activities.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and IT support teams for escalated issues and ongoing IT projects.
• Follow IT policies, security protocols, and best practices in all maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and industry practices through continuous learning.

Required Skills:

• Candidate should have Good Communication Skills. 
• Should have basic computer knowledge.
