Position:        Project Manager

Location:       Kalol - Gandhinagar

Experience:     4 - 8 Years

Industries:      Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA/QC, procurement, and validation.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones from concept to handover.
• Technical Oversight:
• Review and approve PW system designs including pre-treatment, RO, EDI, and storage/distribution loops.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee FAT, SAT, and commissioning protocols.
• Vendor and Contractor Management:
• Select and manage vendors for key components like RO skids, EDI units, pumps, valves, and instrumentation.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
• Validation and Documentation:
• Lead preparation and execution of validation protocols (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Ensure complete documentation for regulatory audits and client handover.
• Budget & Cost Control:
• Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Track CAPEX and ensure alignment with financial targets.

Required Skills:

• PW system design, RO/EDI technology, GMP compliance, validation
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Chemical

Salary :- Upto 7.50 LPA
