Position:         Civil Engineer (S)

Location:        Somnath - Daman

Experience:     2 - 3 Years

Industries:      Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• Civil Construction & Project Execution
• Supervise civil work for new pharmaceutical plant construction, expansions, and renovations, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Manage cleanroom civil works, including epoxy flooring, PU coating, wall cladding, and partitioning as per GMP requirements.
• Oversee construction of drainage systems, ETP, STP, utility buildings, and compound walls.
• Site Supervision & Coordination
• Monitor day-to-day site activities, ensure timely execution, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Conduct site measurements, check material quality, and ensure alignment with BOQ and drawings.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all civil works comply with GMP, EHS, and building safety codes.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR), quality checklists, work permits, and civil-related SOPs.
• Coordinate with QA/Validation teams for documentation related to facility qualifications (DQ/IQ/OQ).
• Maintenance & Facility Management
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of existing infrastructure.
• Manage upkeep of civil structures including roads, stormwater drains, plumbing, and false ceilings.
• Budget & Cost Control
• Estimate material requirements, verify contractor bills, and ensure cost control within project budgets.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of civil construction in GMP-regulated environments
• Familiarity with cleanroom design and controlled environment requirements
• Proficient in reading civil and architectural drawings
• Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and civil measurement tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills

Required Qualification:-  Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Civil

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
