Job Description:

Position:         Maintenance Executive (S)

Location:        Somnath - Daman

Experience:     4 - 5 Years

Industries:      Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment (e.g., AHU, HVAC, compressors, chillers, pumps, autoclaves, tablet machines, blenders, etc.)
• Support the maintenance of electrical systems, instruments, and mechanical equipment as per SOPs and GMP standards.
• Maintain equipment logs, calibration records, and breakdown history under supervision.
• Learn and follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.
• Coordinate with production and quality departments during equipment servicing or shutdowns.
• Support installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new equipment.
• Maintain proper spare parts inventory and assist in indenting/ordering of components.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety practices in the maintenance workshop and plant areas.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems
• Familiarity with pharma equipment and utilities is a plus
• Knowledge of safety protocols, GMP, or SOP-based operations
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a regulated industry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Required Qualification:-  B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
