Job Description:

Position:          Executive - QC

Location:         Pariya - Vapi

Experience:      5 - 8 Years

Industries:       Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Conduct FG analysis using HPLC and other chromatographic techniques
• Review chromatographic conditions and ensure method compliance
• Prepare and review specifications and STPs for RM and FG
• Quality Systems & Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to GLP and GMP standards
• Handle OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) investigations
• Maintain and operate LIMS for data integrity and traceability
• Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections
• Training & Compliance:
• Conduct training sessions for junior staff on QC protocols and instruments
• Stay updated with regulatory guidelines and ensure team compliance
• Technical Expertise:
• Support validation and calibration of analytical equipment
• Interpret analytical data and troubleshoot instrumentation issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement

Required skills:

• Proficiency in HPLC, UV, IR, GC, and other analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of ICH guidelines and FDA regulations.
• Experience with LIMS and electronic documentation systems.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 9.00 LPA
