Job Description:

Position:           Production Engineer

Location:          Vapi

Experience:      4 - 5 years

Industries:        Engineering

Responsibilities:        

• Responsible for overall process of EBW and PW machine process (EBW and PW machine monitoring, maintaining and operating).
• Do setting independently with require Machine care.
• Conduct machine maintenance related job, provide assistance with troubleshooting and execute maintenance plan like preventive and corrective maintenance of the machine.
• Diagnose the machine problem and capability to troubleshoot the problem and issue reports on major failures.
• Recommend suitable actions to minimize or eliminate the recurrence of problems.
• Able to operate Electron Beam Welding machine.
• Preparation of shift reports and SAP entries                    

Required Skills:

• Basic skill set required for welding process.
• Able to differentiate between good and Bad joints.
• Able to generate production reports through MS-Excel.
• Problem - solving
• Ability to work autonomously
• Communication Skills

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Electrical

Salary: - Upto 4.00 LPA
