Job Description:

Position:          HR Head(Engineering)

Location:         Silvassa

Experience:     12 - 15 Years

Industries:       Engineering Product

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Partner with senior management to drive cultural transformation and organizational development.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
  • Oversee recruitment strategy for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Build a strong employer brand to attract top engineering and manufacturing talent.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Performance Management & Employee Development:
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and implement learning & development programs tailored to technical and managerial staff.
  • Identify skill gaps and upskill employees through internal and external training.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Manage compensation & benefits programs to remain competitive in the industry.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, EHS regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Oversee HR policies, employee handbook, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
  • Promote a positive work environment focused on employee engagement and retention.
  • Lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Resolve employee grievances, ensuring a transparent and respectful workplace.
  • Industrial Relations (if applicable):
  • Manage union relations, wage negotiations, and labor contracts (for plant/manufacturing setups).
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and compliance with the Factories Act and other statutory requirements.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and change management skills.
  • Expertise in HR analytics and digital HR tools.

 

Required Qualification: -  MHRM/MSW/MBA - HR

Salary :- Upto 16.00 LPA
