Job Description:

Position:            R & D Officer

Location:           Daman

Experience:       2 - 4 Years

Industries:         Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Conduct R&D activities on polymers, plastics, additives, and compounding.
• Develop and formulate new plastic products as per market and customer requirements.
• Improve existing products for better performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products for mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, and Marketing teams for product trials and validation.
• Maintain R&D records, experiment reports, and product development documentation.
• Keep updated with new polymer technologies, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with EHS standards during laboratory and pilot-scale activities.

Required skills:

• Knowledge of polymer materials, additives, compounding, and formulation.
• Hands-on experience in laboratory testing and product trials.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of plastic testing methods and quality standards.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.sc/M.sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
