 Position:          Manager - IT

Location:          Umbergaon

Experience:       10 - 15  Years

Industries:        Steel

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily IT operations and ensure the functionality and efficiency of all systems.

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
• Administer ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data integrity and security, including regular backups, access control, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support for hardware/software problems.
• Plan and implement IT projects including system upgrades, automation tools, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and budget tracking.
• Liaise with production, quality, and engineering departments to integrate IT solutions into operational processes.
• Lead and mentor the IT support team.

 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing-related ERP systems.

• Proficiency in networking, server management, database administration, and cybersecurity tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - IT/Computer

Salary: - Upto 20.00 LPA
