Position:          Sr. Manager - Production

Location:         Ahmedabad

Experience:     10 - 12 Years

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for biosimilar products, ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.
• Drive production planning, resource utilization, and adherence to batch timelines.
• Actively participate in equipment selection and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), ensuring equipment readiness and compliance with process requirements.
• Supervise and support tech transfer, scale-up, and process validation activities.
• Implement and monitor SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
• Utilize SAP/ERP systems for material planning, inventory tracking, production scheduling, and documentation control.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with QA, QC, Engineering, and R&D teams.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, deviations, etc.) and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor production team members, ensuring skill development and GMP awareness.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and drive a safety-first culture on the shop floor.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of upstream (fermentation/cell culture) and/or downstream processing.
• Hands-on experience with equipment procurement, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
• Working knowledge and practical experience with SAP/ERP systems is a must.
• Proven leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good understanding of cGMP, regulatory expectations (USFDA, EU, WHO), and documentation practices.

Required Qualification:- B.Pharma/M.Pharma/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
