Job Description:

Position:        Maintenance Manager  

Location:         Vasai

Experience:     12 - 15 Years

Industries:      Plastic/Rubber

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for Production Planning, Execution & Completion.
  • Develop comprehensive production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels to meet demand requirements.
  • Allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to support production plans and meet target output volumes.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks & timely delivery of the orders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of workers to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and components needed for operations.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Enforce quality control procedures to ensure that production meets specified quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among staff & workers.
  • Compile and analyze data related to daily production output, including units assembled, scrap rates, downtime, and labor utilization.
  • Generate daily production reports summarizing key metrics, trends, and performance against targets for management review.

Required Skills:-

  • Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualification: - B.E./B.Tech. - Mechanical - Diploma

Salary :- Upto 12.00 LPA
