Position:        Maintenance Manager

Location:        Bhilad Near By Vapi

Experience:     14 - 15 years

Industries:      Cosmetic

Responsibilities:       

• Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance activities to avoid equipment failures.
• Coordinate with technicians and engineers for repairs and servicing.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
• Source and manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.
• Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry trends.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Prepare reports on maintenance performance and efficiency.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for equipment servicing and parts procurement.

Required Skills:

• Candidate should have Good Communication Skills. 
• Should have basic computer knowledge.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 15.00 LPA
