Job Description:

Position:        Production Planning Executive

Location:       Daman

Experience:    5 - 6 Years

Industries:     Plastic

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating Production workflow for one or multiple products.
2. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
3. Determining Equipment capacity and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
4. Equipment scheduling as per orders, capacity and maintenance.
5. Monitor orders to ensure they will finish on time, any change in material, machine and delay to be escalated.
6. Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
7. Collaborate with cross functional departments (Quality control, marketing, Purchase, Dispatch, Production, etc.
8. Provide customer service, notify customer/sales team on any delays and outages.
9. Obtain output information and report same to superiors.
10. Report generations, data analysis, Manual and ERP.
11. Conduct daily meeting to keep track of production schedules.

Required Skills:

1. Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
2. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Email.
3. Strong understanding of statistics.
4. Excellent communication skills in English.
5. Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on plastics.
6. Knowledge of systems and regulations related to TF production.
7. Demonstrated ability to set a positive and inclusive team culture.
8. Strong commitment to developing team members and fostering succession planning within the team.
9. Curiosity and openness to learning new technologies, processes, and industry developments.
10. Active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Plastic

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
