Job Description:

Position:        Production Planning Engineer

Location:       Daman

Experience:    3 - 5 Years

Industries:     Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Prepare PDP and circulate to concern departments including Marketing.
• Coordinating Production workflow for one or multiple products.
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Maintain OTD target as agreed.
• Determining Equipment capacity and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Equipment scheduling as per orders, optimizing OEE and maintenance (PM Scheduling).
• Production and delivery constrain - identification and timely escalation to the superiors and concerned department.
• Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Quality control, marketing, Purchase, Dispatch, Production, etc.
• Provide customer service; notify customer/sales team on any delays and outages.
• Obtain output information and report it to superiors.
• Report generations, data analysis, Manual and ERP.
• Attained daily meeting, discussion, and escalation of constrains if any, and to keep track of production schedules.

Required Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems is preferred
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering 

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
