Position:         Maintenance Manager 

Location:        Vapi

Experience:     10 - 12 Years

Industries:      Automobile

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance activities for production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal disruption to production lines.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors for equipment and service contracts.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and cost-control initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering departments to support manufacturing goals.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and maintenance practices in the automobile industry.

 Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification:- B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 14.00 LPA
