Position:          Maintenance Executive

Location:         Vadodara

Experience:      3 - 4 Years

 Responsibilities:        

• Leadership: Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all machinery and systems.

• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
• Troubleshooting: Oversee the prompt resolution of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to maintain continuous production.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Budget Management: Manage the maintenance budget, control costs, and oversee spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Team Development: Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering skill development and ensuring high team performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency.
• Project Management: Oversee equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering teams to align maintenance efforts with operational goals.
• Reporting: Maintain maintenance records, generate reports on performance, downtime, and maintenance costs for senior management.

Required Qualification: -  Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
