Position:         Executive/Sr. Executive - Production

Location:        Daman

Experience:     5 - 10Years

Industries:      Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• Individually handling department & manpower.

• Strong leadership skills to guide, supervise work activities, and help team members develop their skills.
• Preparation of SOP, Specification, Standard Test Procedures (STP), Raw Data Sheet (Protocol), Excel worksheet validation etc.
• Preparation and review of Analytical Method Validation protocol & Report.
• Knowledge of unit operation and unit process. Safe startup, shut down, Troubleshooting and emergency handling.
• Controlling and monitoring of batch process parameters for smooth Plant operation. Filling BMRs for easy access of process and time cycle of products.
• Safe handling of different kind of equipment like Reactor, Centrifuge, Centrifugal pump, Sparkler filter, Multi Effect Evaporator. Releasing equipment and instrument for maintenance to service department thru permit system.
• Responsible for preparing and distributing the instructions for the production of APIs & Intermediates according to written procedures.
• Responsible for reporting of all production deviations and evaluation of the same. Responsible for investigation of critical deviations and recording the conclusions.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the documents related to the Production activities.
• Responsible for training of all the employees of production.
• Responsible for Planning of daily preventive maintenance.
• Responsible for Analyzing time cycle of each batch and take corrective actions if any deviations observed.
