Job Description:
Position: Sr. Account Executive
Location: Silvassa
Experience: 5 - 6 Years
Industries: Textile
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly Management reporting (MIS)
- Final monthly stock with required entries
- Clear creditors as per pay term
- monitoring for filling of GSTR1, GSTR-3B, Annual Audit GSTR-9/9C, TDS, PF, PT, ESI within time period
- Co-ordinate with external Auditor for final balance sheet & reply of any queries
- Quarterly audit at plant location
- Maintains and enforces a documented system of Accounting policies and procedures
- Knowledge & experience of Tally software for different type of report generation, implementation of new features, etc
- Evaluating Accounting and internal control systems and solve problem at each level
- Mitigate Risk of tax by timely taking actions
- Monitor AR aging & push to continuous follow up on overdue invoices
- Submission of stock statements for availed Cash Credit facility
Required Skills:
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication.
Required Qualification:- B.Com/M.Com
Salary:- Upto 5.40 LPA
