Job Description:

Position:         Officer/Executive – PPIC

Location:        Sarigam near by Vapi

Experience:     4 - 7 Years

Industries:       Pharma

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production schedules to meet targets.
  • Manage inventory levels efficiently to minimize shortages and excess.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth production/dispatch flow.
  • Supervise and guide subordinates.
  • Execute detailed production planning and scheduling tasks.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data for accurate demand forecasting.
  • Implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Focus on the day-to-day execution of PPIC plans.
  • To manage Production Planning, Inventory Management, Regulatory Compliance, Coordination, Forecasting, Continuous Improvement, Risk Management.
  • Ensuring a reliable and compliant supply chain.
  • Supply planning cycle schedule adherence.
  • Release weekly production plan and maintaining MSL.
  • Co-ordination with HO & Site purchase Team for critical deliveries.
  • Follow-up with QA/QC for release for RM, PM & FG release.
  • Co-ordination with sales team and production team to manage daily, weekly, Monthly planning & ensure timely dispatches.
  • Good understanding of the product -Materials, machine, man, and methodology at plant.
  • Distress inventory analysis.

 Required Skills :-

  • Technical & Strategic
  • Must possess sound knowledge of material management & inventory control systems, and documentation.
  • planning and organizing Skills.
  • Knowledge of USFDA, MHRA, TGA & GMP.
  • Regulatory Audit exposure.
  • Sound knowledge of MS office suit.
  • Good command in system, ERP, SAP OR tally, or any Equivalent.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharma/M.Pharma/MBA - SCM
