Job Description:
Position: Asst. Manager - Learning & Development
Location: Mundra- Kutch
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Industries: Chemical - MNC
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with all Dorf Ketal plants to conduct comprehensive Training Needs
Assessments (TNAs), identifying skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities through skill matrix. - Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and initiatives tailored to address identified learning needs, utilizing adult learning principles and innovative methodologies.
- Utilize the Kirkpatrick Model to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs, analyzing results and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing course content, user experience, and reporting functionalities.
- Lead knowledge management efforts by creating, organizing, and maintaining a repository of learning resources, training materials, and best practices.
- Create engaging and interactive training content that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, plant managers and officials, and cross- functional teams to ensure seamless integration of L&D initiatives into plant operations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in L&D, introducing innovative approaches to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Ability to drive and manage change and a passion for learning L&D, development and organizational success.
Required Skills:

Copywriting, and graphic design skills; familiarity with tools such as
Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Slido (Video editing and graphic design skills are a plus). -
Exceptional leadership abilities and Pla
nning and follow up. - Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to work without much supervision.
- High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Verbal & Written Communication (English).
Required Qualification: - MBA - HR
Salary :- Upto - 6.00 LPA
